AutumnColor Digital Imaging has an image to protect, and simply stated it is yours! Please read

Submitting any film, print ,slide, negative or original art work to AutumnColor Digital Imaging for processing constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any loss or damage by our company, subsidiary, or agents if due to the negligence of our company, subsidiary, or agents will only entitle you to replacement value of a like amount of unexposed film and processing. While all normal care will be given by AutumnColor Digital Imaging to customer supplied art work to be mounted, matted or framed, AutumnColor Digital Imaging can not be held responsible if the work is damaged during the mounting or finishing processes. The customer will also be responsible for all materials used up until the time that damage occurs. Conditions under which mounted prints may be displayed or stored and the variations in humidity temperature and shipping and handling all may cause unforeseen problems. In the event that AutumnColor be required to accept a greater liability, this must be declared in writing before the original materials are delivered and before the project inception, at which time the appropriate fee(s) will be determined.
