AutumnColor FTP Service

Now you can upload your images to our server! No need to ship us a CD or Zip disk, just follow these simple instructions and we can download your images to make you Luminage Prints.

1. The first step is to log into our server. You will need a standard FTP software to do this. We currently use Fetch

Server address (do not use http or www)

ftp://ftp.sprintout.net

A Pop up box will appear and in the pop up box you will need to fill in the following info:

User: autumn_guest
Password: leaf123

2. Next you need to upload your image to our server. Please be sure your file name does not include any spaces or strange characters in it’s name. Keep in mind that your connection and the size of your file will determine how long the file transfer will take. For some it will take only a few minutes and others it may be a few hours.

3. This is the most important step! Let us know that you have placed images on our FTP server! You are welcome to print our order form (for the Digital Printing Order Form click here) and fax it to us at 508-757-2216 or send us an email with all the following information. Without this info we will not be able to process your order!
